Trump will create health savings accounts, because everybody in the U.S. should have health insurance, causing insurance companies to compete for business, it would offer tax credits to help people pay for insurance while protecting people with existing illnesses and medical conditions from being dropped by their health plans.
Trump will work with Congress to adhere to free-market principles as much as possible.

Rewriting the tax code to allow working parents to deduct from their income taxes child care expenses for up to four children and elderly dependents.


Mr. Trump wants to repeal the centerpiece of Mr. Obama’s domestic legacy: the health-care overhaul aimed at ensuring the millions of Americans who lacked coverage, even though Mr. Obama has pushed his aides to ensure is a seamless transition.
The Obama administration will not be “nailing down the furniture” so that policy goals that Mr. Obama methodically pursued can’t be undone once Mr. Trump takes power.
