Afghan guards killed by Taliban
"Attack in country's south targets private guards a day after government steps back from impending ban on security firms.
Nine private security guards have been killed and three wounded in a Taliban attack on a checkpoint set up to protect a construction site in southern Afghanistan
Elsewhere in the country, three civilians died and five other people, including a policeman, were wounded when a group of improvised explosive devices blew up beneath a bridge in Herat.
The construction site attack occurred early on Monday morning in Nad Ali, a town in Helmand province. The Taliban has claimed responsibility, making it the group's second attack on a construction company in the past 24 hours
The Taliban has threatened to kill anyone who participates in reconstruction projects connected with or funded by the international community.
On Sunday, Taliban fighters attacked another construction company in Farah province, west of Helmand, capturing 20 workers. Two fighters were killed in the attack, and the workers are still being held."
Roadside bomb in Baghdad kills local politician
"A roadside bomb hit a convoy carrying a member of Baghdad's local government, killing him and wounding eight people on Monday, a spokesman for Baghdad's Provincial Council said.
Insurgents have often targeted Iraqi politicians and government officials who have been bickering for months over the makeup of a new government and who should lead the country after parliamentary election in March"
Which will further highlight the strengthening to the "coming up among them" "bear feet" position of Iran and the coagulation of the horns
Iraq PM Maliki in Iran as rival cries foul
"Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki was in Tehran on Monday to drum up support for his premiership bid, as his chief rival Iyad Allawi accused Iran of meddling in Baghdad's political affairs.
Maliki soon after his arrival in Tehran went into a series of meetings, including with Iran's first vice president Mohammad Reza Rahimi and with supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, according to local media.
During his talks with Khamenei, Maliki described Iraq's relations with its eastern neighbour as "strategic", according to state television.
Khamenei, for his part, blamed Iraq's problems on the presence of US troops in the war-torn country.
"The Iraqi nation is vigilant and aggressors cannot dominate this country again. May God get rid of America in Iraq so that its people's problems are solved," Khamenei told Maliki, according to the television.
State news agency IRNA said the Iraqi leader would later Monday head to the holy city of Qom
"With the political future of Iraq still hanging in the balance, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, leader of a coalition of powerful Shiite parties backed by Iran"
Welcomed by Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on his arrival in Tehran, al-Maliki is meeting senior Iranian officials to discuss various issues of importance for both countries, his office said."
Jordan promises Maliki support for Iraq reconciliation
"Jordan's King Abdullah II on Sunday affirmed his country's "total support" for stability in Iraq and the unity of its people during a meeting with visiting premier Nuri al-Maliki, a palace statement said.
The king promised "the total support of Jordan for our Iraqi brothers in their efforts to bring about security and stability in Iraq, essential for the security and stability of the region."
Maliki arrived in Jordan on Sunday on a tour of Middle East capitals aimed at drumming up support as he fights to keep his job after an inconclusive March 7 general election."
Because God will continue to curse that deception for ill gotten gains by the Pawn of Satan to weaken all of Israel lost & found starting with big little brother United States (Manasseh), little big brother Britain (Ephraim) and helpless brother Israel (Judah)
U.S. now urges Iraqis to take their time in forming government
"The change in approach comes as an anti-American cleric's political faction agrees to support Maliki, a deal that would run counter to U.S. interests and risk further destabilizing the country.
After months of pressuring Iraqis to form a new government quickly, the U.S. is now urging them to slow down rather than rush into a deal that would run counter to U.S. interests and risk further destabilizing the country.
The turnabout in the U.S. approach came after anti-American Shiite cleric Muqtada Sadr's political faction agreed to support Prime Minister Nouri Maliki for a second term, propelling the incumbent close to the parliamentary majority he needs to keep his job.
If Maliki can strike a deal with Iraq's Kurds, he will have enough support to form a government. But such a government would contradict goals the U.S. has been working toward since the March elections."
Netanyahu says Hamas has anti-aircraft missiles
"Israel's leader says Gaza's Hamas rulers have obtained anti-aircraft missiles that threaten Israeli planes.
The assessment, if accurate, would mark a potentially game-changing development in Gaza, where Israeli aircraft have long been able to strike targets freely without fear of being shot down."
So when you see the cavity's to the so-called "biting" sanctions
"The Obama administration has concluded that Chinese firms are helping Iran to improve its missile technology and develop nuclear weapons"
During a visit to Beijing last month, a delegation led by Robert J. Einhorn, the State Department's special adviser for nonproliferation and arms control, handed a "significant list" of companies and banks to their Chinese counterparts, according to the senior U.S. official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive issue in U.S.-Chinese relations. The official said the Obama administration thinks that the companies are violating U.N. sanctions, but that China did not authorize their activities."
Know that those cavity's are just a manifestation to the many holes of the failed policies of Bush/Obama Administrations whom God will continue to Curse
"Despite U.S. firepower, the locals aren't about to shift alliances — or give any evidence of collaborating with foreigners"
When the scout platoon's Captain Bill Faucher asked one village resident if his men could stay in his compound for the night in exchange for money, the man adamantly refused.
"We are scared," said Sardar Muhammad, 25. "If I let you stay here, the Taliban will come back and kill me."
Similarly, when an elderly man approached a group of soldiers and was queried if he needed anything, he responded with dramatic effect:
"No, I don't need anything and I don't want to talk to anybody!"
Winning the trust of locals has always been one of the most difficult obstacles facing the U.S. in a region dominated by the specter of Taliban influence. On patrols the only people soldiers typically interact with are children. Adults keep their distance."
"The NATO official, who has day-to-day senior responsibilities for the war"
offered a potentially grimmer view than what has been publicly offered by others.
"Every year the insurgency can generate more and more manpower," despite military attacks, he said.
Although there has been security progress in areas where coalition forces are stationed, he said in other areas, "we don't know what's going on."
So don't fall victim to the lies and propaganda; but continue to get the 100% accuracy of the truth; given in the May 15th Prophecy written at LastDayWatchers
